Theo's Steaks, Sides & Spirits in Rehoboth Beach, DE is seeking a motivated Sous Chef to join our team! The individual in this role will assist the Executive Chef in maintaining kitchen operations, from food preparation and upholding our standards to inventory and physical maintenance. The Sous Chef should be a natural leader with previous supervisory experience as well as experience with high-volume cooking. He/She cares deeply about good food and exceeding quality standards to create memorable dining experiences. He/She is able to manage multiple priorities and contribute to a positive and productive team atmosphere. Current ServSafe Certification is preferred.

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
